re: stflt.sys Zemana AntiMalware DOES identify it as a browser Hijacker. I had the hardest time uninstalling Spyware Terminator, but even after uninstallation when I remove this file I get a Win64ShellLink.exe error and cannot boot past that having then to do a system restore. Compare the following:
