Both APNSetup1 and APNSetup2 files appeared in my documents folder after I downloaded the WeatherBug program.
I deleted both.
The WeatherBug program still works, but I have not restarted yet, so not sure if WeatherBug program will still work.
But, if need be, I shall just re-download WeatherBug and store the APNSetup files in the WeatherBug program folder.
