Sumo Updater shows that there is always an update to this avbugreport.exe file. Sure would be nice if this update could be found. Even with a fresh update of Avast Free, Sumo Updates shows that there is an update. (The Avast "Dump file" shows the same.)

Avast antivirus is saying it's own brand vpn has files that are not digitally signed .
