Hi, I have an older desktop that had Avast5. The Free time has ran out and I started to get pop-up messages that the machine was at risk so I used windows un-installer to un-install it. After removal I attempted to open internet using Mozilla but could not sign on. Then other programs would not open. I would get an error message program can't start because C:\AVas5|snxhk.dii is missing from your computer". I attempted to reload AVAST 5 from the recycle bin but it just disappeared. Now I can't get on line, can't open my security and can't use system restore. Can you help me??

Thanks
