Last weekend I had a problem with my HP printer/scanner. The scanner link could not find the scanner software. I tried several time to uninstall and reinstall the HP Printer software, but the installer kept getting a critical error. So I went to the HP solutions site and it sent me to a site that was a company International Technical Support Corporation, who said they were a support vendor for HP. They asked me to pay for a support contract since the printer was out of warrantee. I bought the contract and they tried to fix my problem several times and kept getting the same error. They finally said they were sending me a replacement printer with the same capabilities as my old printer. I reviewed the information on the printer which is a Canon all in one, with the same capabilities as my HP. They called today to see if it had arrived yet and will call back tomorrow to check as it has not yet been delivered. I assume they put the software on my computer but don't know for sure. I will call them before doing anything first to see if it is part of the software they put on for support.
Thanks for any feed back.
