I installed the free version of avast. I didnt updated it yet. Yesterday is scanned my laptop and it show the csrsrv.dll as a virus, and neither the file can be moved to chest nor it can be deleted.
i want to know that " is that file really an infected file." it is from a trusted organisation(MS) still my antuvirus reports it as a virus and if i managed to delete that by any means, will anything happen to the working(booting and differnt functions) of my laptop.

You can also upload your copy of CSRSRV.dll to http://www.virustotal.com to see if any of the other anti-virus programs detects the file. If you do, please post the link to the scan result so me and the other users can have a look at it.
