CUH.exe only starts when Corel are trying to get you to upgrade something for example paintshop 2016. A notification window opens for a few minutes and then closes and CUH disappears from the list of background processes.

It's ad-ware. It's been popping up offers regarding sales on corel products. Remove or block this program, it's totally useless.
