inside of the dandelion wifi file is a a file i can not delete/get rid of/shred etc. let alone find any english information on it. the file is called servat.exe and is responsible for the most annoying pop up ads. avg, adwcleaner, malwarebytes, zemena all failed at even spotting it but avg was able to show me it's location so itried removing manually but still can not. sigh.

Could you please upload your copy of Dandelion.exe and servat.exe to VirusTotal to see what the scanners say about it?

I have not tried to remove Dandelion.exe myself, but FreeFixer should be able to delete it for you if it shows up in the scan result. If it does not show up in the scan result, you can delete it with FreeFixer's File Nuker, which you can find under the TOOLS tab.
