I Tried to download a translation program but soon realized I had about 7 unwanted programs on my computer, I removed all can't remove the dll file

@Frederick: Interesting, what translation program did you download? I want to check out what it bundled.

Anyway, FreeFixer should be able to delete the .DLL file.

this is a virus !!
it install him self in a computers and make a fishing on your browser.
it build thousands of doors for proxy, with the ID:
{00020424-0000-0000-C000-000000000046} (you can try to find it in your registry).
and thif passwords accounts you type in, and everything you do with your browser,
it took to me to remove it manualy 3 days !!
