Driver Navigator is definitely a "hostage ware" program and appears to somehow download when updating to Windows 10. I needed to update the driver for my monitor which is free from Dell but was prevented from doing so through a persistent pop up. Of course Driver Navigator advertises it will cure all of my driver problems for a $39.95 fee. I uninstalled the program but it apparently imbeds itself in the registry--I'm still trying to figure out to totally get rid of it. I

@Bill Stewart: Did the Driver Navigator software remain on your computer after uninstalling it from the Windows Control Panel's remove programs dialog?

If that's the case, then I think you should select the remaining DriverNavigor files for removal in FreeFixer.
