Hi, I had some automatic updates to my PC in the last few days and now I am constantly getting messages that a high data usage has been detected on Internet Explorer and my pc is running very slow. Could this be anything to do with this file (found a short cut to it on my desktop)

clamwin scan results on win2k and gigabyt ep45-ds4p motherboard with 4 gb ram.
(found win.virus.sality - 6763138)
clamwin current version and db files installed
scan run today 9 feb 2025 at 12:02pm central standard time.
thanks.
Additionally it would be great if i could find a good audio driver for this
motherboard that installs on windows 2000. My old computer (msi board) got
struct by lightning effects and it would not post. I obtained this gigabyte
motherboard through amazon and found a pci 16 video card and the correct memory
with no problem. after re-installing win2k everything went ok until the audo driver
package that has no win2k driver but does have et6 which installed ok.
this system was set up by proxy so connecting to the internet is out of the
question. (all windows updates and rollup 1 installed along with the mouterboard
bios and other loads and installes and upgrades.
thanks for reading. clamwin does have alot of false positives.
