Emc.Captiva.WebToolKitHost.exe is malicious in my opinion. I knew all my wifi devices were streaming Netflix great, but my PC's ethernet connection would let me see the Internet. I could ping yahoo.com and my servers at the office, but Firefox, Chrome, IE all timed out. It was like no DNS. It was hard to kill the process, but once I did, I was back on the Internet.
