The only way to get rid of this program is to force uninstall by stopping the process, deleting the Expo Themes Folder (or similar) from "c:/program files" or on 64 bit systems "c:/program files (x86)" After this is complete either manually search for or restart your computer and run ccleaner's registry clean up tool to remove the last of it. This kind of action suggests this program is not on the up and up as you can not remove it from add/remove programs, it has no native uninstall process, and should there for be considered potentially malicious.
