GManager is a windows service for an external display adapter. The device I own and use is a "StarTech USB 3.0 to VGA External Video Card Multi Monitor Adapter", which can be found at [http://www.startech.com/AV/USB-Video-Adapters/USB-3-to-VGA-External-Video-Card-Multi-Monitor-Adapter-2048x1152~USB32VGAE]. The purpose of the device is to attach an additional monitor to a computer using a USB port. It seems that StarTech is using at least some of MTC's (Magic Control Technology Corp.) software in their product. MTC has their own similar devices for sale at [http://www.mct.com.tw/index.php?_Page=product&mode=list&cid=21&_lang=E].

Cats have 2 eyes but 9 lives. :)
My experience with Startech USB connector is that will not work and blocks other adapters from working. I purchased two of their adapters and now cannot add an extra monitor to two of my laptops.
