I don't think that this is not made by Microsoft, but I do think that they messed up on the certificate installation for it. I will trust the application for now, although it is a little scary how careless they are with this. It is the Windows Mail that is built into Windows 10 if you don't even have office installed, so I think it's probably okay. If I'm wrong, someone please let me know. Thanks! =)
