This file is on my computer (I presume, anyways, as BattlEye loves to block it for some reason), yet I cannot find it nor \ATI Technologies\ at all. Any ideas?

@Rapt.: Can you find HydraDMH64.dll if you configure Windows to show hidden files, and then search for the file from the Task bar's search field? Typically it should be located in "C:\Program Files (x86)\ATI Technologies\HydraVision\".

With that said, I think HydraDMH64.dll is a legit file. If you like, please scan you version of the HydraDMH64.dll file at VirusTotal.
