I have Trend Micro as my AV and this file must have been installed by TM. Problem is it seems to start when I start utilizing my PC and when it runs it uses 50% of my memory for hours slowing down what I want to do. When it runs there is no indication that Trend Micro is active that I can see.

I don't need some inspection software that overpowers my PC(32bit XP). I tried eliminating it, but it came back. Want to delete it...never seen any indication it is finding problems, just causing problems as I see it.
