My new (out of the box) Lenovo Z70 showed error message associated with libstartstub.dll Happily I contacted Lenovo tech support before the 30 day warrantee expired. The poor fellow spent an hour on my machine using remote access. I'm not much of a computer geek so I didn't really follow much of what he was doing. But, I did notice he downloaded and installed something called Settings Dependency Package and the file libstartstub.dll still resides in C:\Program Files\Lenovo. I was assured that I will no longer see the error message - we'll see.
