Uses 25% CPU on my i5-8600k processor.

Its official claim is that it's used for the lighting effects on your motherboard, After uninstalling LightningService my PC still lights up like a fabulous rainbow.

Sounds like the LightningService.exe is bugged if it uses that much CPU.

Someone over at the Asus.com forum claims that setting the "Static effect" drops the CPU usage down to 0%.

Anybody else here have an issue where mouse input stutters when the pc is under 'stress' fps is fine but any movements kill themselves

Delete this program to play Apex Legends, Fortnite, or any Easy Anti-cheat application. The Game Security Violation Detected (#0000000D) [LightingService.exe] will go away. Otherwise if you can't part with the RGB, goto task manager > services> lightingservice.exe and stop it. Have a good one!
