I want to delete that file because I have uninstalled that Mitsubishi software but it not delete I want to reinstall it but due to that folder that installation not performed so please give me the solution on that.

@Gaurav: Have you tried to manually delete MMSserve.exe with Windows Explorer? Before you do, please make sure you have a backup of the MMSserve.exe file in case you would need it.
