Hi, my name is Roger Karlsson. I've been running this website since 2006. I want to let you know about the FreeFixer program. FreeFixer is a freeware tool that analyzes your system and let you manually identify unwanted programs. Once you've identified some malware files, FreeFixer is pretty good at removing them. You can download FreeFixer here. It runs on Windows 2000/XP/2003/2008/2016/2019/Vista/7/8/8.1/10. Supports both 32- and 64-bit Windows.
If you have questions, feedback on FreeFixer or the freefixer.com website, need help analyzing FreeFixer's scan result or just want to say hello, please contact me. You can find my email address at the contact page.

NP helper is part of the "icanseek" adware/virus. Virtually undetectable by any program I have used thus far, and not fixable by those who could find it. Finally while doing a firefox add-on update, I saw "NP HELPER" and disabled it because I didnt know what it was and didnt remember installing it. Ever since, I have been pop-up free :)

Thank you for your web site! It really helped me to get rid of this virus(NPIEAddOn.dll)even though I am not very good at PC and software stuff. So if anyone has the same problem I really recomend to do what this page tells you to do and in few minutes you are able to work on your pc as before! Thanks again!

Thank you for this - I truley appreciate it :)
I had restarted my computer and on FireFox and it told me I had 3 new add ons which I didn't remember installing and upon searching them they turned out to malicious software. I was having trouble finding the NP Helper Class 'til I found this - so thank you again :)
I hope to be pop-up free now!

It's a funny thing I should run into an article like this while searching to improve my IE8's performance. I was haveing dozens of opening web pages, and decided to try a different removal tool. Wound up downloading MS Live One Care trial offer. It found this dll helper when my other anti-virus,malware tool failed to. Still have somethings to work out yet but I'm no PRO. I just know it runs better withoout the helper. Good Luck.
