Sorry to hear you are having problem with your computer. NativeUpdater.exe is safe to use though, since its digitally signed by Mojang AB.

I just divided to search up .exe in my laptops search app not my search enjoin, and I got NativeUpdater.exe and got here please tell me if it's safe my virus partition doesn't detect it. Is it a safe file?
