Bitdefender tagged the application as potentially malicious very many times, indeed it's just potentially but might be worth looking into. Personally I've never had success with VirusTotal.

OAWrapper.exe is digitally signed by NVIDIA Corporation, so it should be safe to use. I think BitDefender reported a false positive there.
