I get a window offering options "ignore, retry and cancel" when the file pcmaticRT.exe is attempted to be executed. My Supershield protection is active but this error of failure to execute pcmaticRT.exe always appears. I'm not sure what to do. I read somewhere that the file should be deleted and replaced. I don't know where to find the replacement for it. Please let me know if you can tell me where I can re-install it from.
