THIS IS WHAT IS ON MY COMPUTER. IT SEEMS TO BE A NEEDED FILE FOR SONIX ON MY "ACER" LAP TOP. MY ONLY CONCERN IS WHY IS IT ONLY NOW ( 07/01/2009 ) ON MY START UP FILES AND NOT WHEN I GOT IT A YEAR AGO?

I got this process added to msconfig after installing acer crystal eye webcam on my laptop...so i don't think it is harmful
