@Lisa: Is it the FreeFixer program that shows the KXTAZhbO driver and reporting error code 45? Or is by examining your system with the built-in Windows tools such as the Device Manager?

So is KXTAZhbo safe to remove. Not sure what you mean by FreeFixer.

It seems like the driver is using randomized name, which makes it look suspicious. A Google search for "KXTAZhbO" shows zero results. I'd recommend uploading the driver file to virustotal.com and let the anti-virus programs there have a look at it.

Regarding error code 45. I found some general information about that on Microsoft's support page:

---------------------------
"Code 45
Currently, this hardware device is not connected to the computer. (Code 45)

Recommended resolution

This error occurs if a device that was previously connected to the computer is no longer connected. To resolve this problem, reconnect this hardware device to the computer.

No resolution is necessary. This error code is only used to indicate the disconnected status of the device and does not require you to resolve it. The error code resolves automatically when you connect the associated device to the computer."

@Harjit: Looks like the Process Explorer driver. I assume you are using the Process Explorer tool from SysInternals?
