The phobos.exe software appears not to be malware. BUT malware isn't the only potential negative aspect of software. Another is bloatware -- in other words, "Do the positives that the software provides (if any) justify the amount of resources the software consumes on a computer"? So far, in reading here, and elsewhere on the net about Phobos, I haven't found ANY positives stated. Since Phobos seems somehow associated with Dells Support Assistant, it's very irritating that SOMEONE from there hasn't chimed-in to give us better direction. Michael, your company sucks on customer support.
