A hacker who has stalked me for two decades and ruined 4 computers... put this on my computer... Security caught it but didn't do anything with it. It is slowly eating up my memory and I am going to remove it and the smart byte... both processes always show running when the memory usage goes off the wall. Hope I don't crash computer...

It appears that RNDBWM.exe is some sort of Bandwidth Manager. It has been included on some Dell laptops.
