I'm reading all new comments so don't hesitate to post a question about the file. If I don't have the answer perhaps another user can help you.
Whether this program is spyware or not it takes up an awful lot of space and can slow even the newest of computers. It was taking up 100% of my disc space and causing my computer to slow down massively, stutter, and occasionally freeze to the point of needing a hard shutdown.
My computer couldn't list a publisher for the program making me think it may be a program disguising itself as RealTek, though I can't say this with any certainty. (Other sites have also said it may have keylogging abilities.)
As soon as I disabled the program my computer was back to normal. I deleted the program with CCleaner and my audio still seems to be working just fine, so I have no qualms recommending the deletion of the program even if it is legit.
