With regards to SMC.exe is pretty sure it isnt Malware, i did a full reformat and purposely kept an eye out for it, after refomat its running in task manager before i did any such as instal programs.

The application is developed by MSI. If you have a computer or other hardware from msi.com, you may see the SCM.exe on your computer.
