In task manager this SECOMNService.exe and SECOCL.exe kept starting and stopping when I was sharing an Excel spreadsheet in Zoom. The spreadsheet would allow editing and then not allow it. This was every 2 seconds. I found the above program was starting and stopping at about the same rate. I removed both of the above programs. Excel worked again in Zoom for over a month. Then it started again. The above programs showed up in task manager again. I removed them again. I just installed Utterly Voice, a speach to text program. Whenever I turn on the microphone the same problem occurred. The above programs showed up again. Still trying to resolve this conflict.
