I like what you've presented.
Task Manager shows this as a HIGH user on startup, [Glary Startup Manager] and I'm looking for "leave alone / disable / delay" guidance info on this and several others in the LONG Startup list.

A Publisher and/or User, "Benefits, Objections, Complaints" section might be a useful
