SYNTCPL(etc) re-installs itself every time I un-install, brute force un install, use a separate UN-installer, ., uninstall the drivers, etc.

So it may well not be a Malware as such, but if my hands accidentally brush the pad, I have a wild mouse, many emails that I am currently working on erased, etc. I am now tip toeing thru the registry. I've used quite a few good un installers to no avail.
