On my Win 10 computer, I received a message to check, "Device performance & health".
Results of the check listed, "Reset temorary internet files location to default, the location where temporary internet files are store has changed. Resetting this to default may resolve some windows store issues, would you like to reset this to default?"

I selected to reset the temporary files location to default, then saw under properties the file location is: C:/ProgramFiles\Synaptics\Syn TP, with a certificate that expired 1/16/19.

Your post said the file should be located under, c:\WINDOWS\system32\ReinstallBackups\0016\DriverFiles\. Is it a concern when it us under "program files"?

@Nana: I wouldn't be too worried about the SynZMetr.exe file. Sounds just like it is located at a different location. You can always upload it to virustotal.com for a extra security check.
