I never had this error until I downloaded Office 365 and tried using their templates. I get it no matter what template I open. I use Free AVG a my anti-virus.

when I boot my laptop this .exe file opens endless processes, monitored it with task manager new process ever 30 second's. Have used AVG for three years never had this issue
