For the last two months I've been having the same problem on my Dell computer, TrayApp is constantly showing as it's going to install on it. After several minutes of going through the process of trying to install, it doesn't. Please help in answering this issue. Its a problem which I can't solve by myself, if you can help, please do so.. Thank you, in advance!

Everytime I boot up (not often)I get the TrayApp has stopped responding. I know that the TrayApp.Exe file was deleted when trying to get tech support of a problem w/Norton which is an addon to my internet service. Years ago they were ok but I know they are too slow with these darn malware ads that come w/Adobe Flash Player and Chrome. So a while ago I got tired of popup ads and went through Control Panel and deleted the adfiles. I am back to I.E.vs11 and have uninstalled chrome, firefox, and now FlashPlayer because as I have tried playing my huluplus account or CBS streaming online, and they kept saying I need to download FlashPlayer when I already had it. Needless to say I can not view either of these 2 accounts now as I thought I'd uninstall FlashPlayer (there were 2 adobe flash software installs)and reinstall but now internet explorer will not let me install flash player, I'm sunk. Thought maybe this Tray App Exe was the problem and have not found any info till now, thank YOU. C:\Dell\DBRM\Reminder\TrayApp.Exe
I had a friend tell me to dump the Norton and get the free version of AVG, but as I have learned NOTHING IS FREE!!! I don't want popups and more problems but I really need to view my online TV as I can no longer afford TV cable or sattalite (disabled). Can you help, I've called Norton, Adobe, what they wanted to download to take control would not download said they would call me back in 15 minutes but of course they did not. I want free fixer but I don't want 3rd party cookies and more annoying advertising or software that changes my files without my permission or notification.
