My instance of the TrayTipAgent was installed in the start-up programs, (In dos or now called command prompt, type "msconfig" a program will start up which allows you to view all the programs placed in start-up for your pc to load)
Click on the "start files tab" you will be able to see all load programs. Click 1 time on the file to highlight, next right click on this select properties. Look at the line "location" click once on on that line then press the right arrow kee to expose the whole program. Mine was attached to a program called "easeUS partition master", I uninstalled the program in the controll panel. Re-booted PC, the application no longer loaded on the start-up. I found this to be the easiest way to locate it, trace the file to its full path on C drive, Note this was my case yours may be a diffrent program. REMEMBER FREE PROGRAMS 90% of the time found on the internet has a catch. Good luck, I hope this helps you

The TrayTipAgentE folder is where EaseUS Partition Manager spams you from with popups in your lower right desktop corner that ask you to buy their Todo Backup program. After I started getting these spam popups 3 every weeks (that's what the log file said in that folder), I set out to find where the spam was coming from. So I just deleted this folder and then started up EaseUS Partition Manager and it runs fine. So this folder is full of unnecessary spamming mechanisms and you are better off to delete the folder in it's entirety.
