Magic Control Technology is the package that controls a USB P&P VGA extention device that allows my PC to have a 2nd monitor without a 2nd video card.

These files are part of Tritton USB/VGA video card adapters for multi-displays. I've been running this for approx 3 years and have had no problems, and deleting them makes the adapter unusable.

Agree with the other posts. This utility is bundled with the Trigger series USB (external) video adapters. It is not essential, but it is a convenient app in your system tray to adjust screen settings.
