I ran herd protect. I now have three programs (that I have discovered so far) that won't open because : "The program can't start because COMCTL32.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix the problem." One of those programs is WLPSS. I'm hoping that downloading this might fix at least this problem. I have no idea what COMCTL32.dll does. Do you?
