There's an apparent problem with your above report. On VirusTotal, for the specific file version 1.18 as listed above, 49 out of 55 engines report malware. However, the SHA256 for that file is *DIFFERENT* than the SHA256 listed above.

But also NOTE: VirusTotal does show as "clean" an entirely *different* WNASPINT.DLL, from a different developer company, with a different SHA256 value than the above, and found in a different Windows file location.
