This thing is malware! I was injecting ad's into amazon pages as well as hijacking links. I am not sure how my son got it on my computer and it took me a while to track it down as various virus scanners were not picking it up.

Note: I am a software/web developer.

To remove:
ctrl-alt-del
performance
Open Resource Monitor
expand CPU and sort by Image
Look for processes WWatcherProxy and stop them, there will likely be more than one.
Open explorer and go to C:\Program Files (x86)\SysPrograms or C:\Program Files\SysPrograms
Delete the following files:
WWatcherCert.dll
WWatcherLSP.dll
WWatcherLSP.exe
WWatcherLSP64.dll
WWatcherLSP64.exe
WWatcherProxy.exe
WWatcherProxy.tlb

You need admin to do this. If you get an error that a file is still in use go back to Resource Monitor and look for processes that say something alone the lines of WWatcher and stop them.
