I believe this software has good intentions in the form of preventing windows from updating when utilizing particular services. I'm willing to be it is useful from a developmental standpoint when testing different versions of windows for a program or in genral to prevent windows from updating period, as we all know the pain of windows force updating in the olden days of windows seven. I believe this service is useful from an illigitiment standpoint as well; as it can be used to prevent windows from tracking you have an illigitimate or free copy of windows. I believe this program can be mistakenly installed by looking down the wrong rabbit hole and installing it misunderstand its use and concept.
