I had no idea what this was but my Tune-Up Utilities showed it as something from my Device Manager that (probably) needed a driver update. After using Duck Duck Go to find out it's just left-over crap from my uninstall of Adguard, I'm feeling better about the warning and know what I'm going to do next... delete that freaking file.
