I'm guessing that this amtlib.dll file is part of some software that tries to bypass copy-protection on Adobe's software.

amtlib.dll was scanned 6 hours ago over at VirusTotal, and some of the anti-malware scanners detect the file:

* eGambit PE.Heur.InvalidSig
* Ikarus Not-a-virus:Crack.Adobe
* Jiangmin Heur:Trojan.DTStealer.Gen
* VIPRE HackTool.Win32.Keygen

I would not trust amtlib.dll.
