Hi all, well I am sorry to say that chrome watcher and also CHROME CHILD.DLL AND CHROME CHILD ARE malware, even was installed on my computer and I didn't knew it was there.
The problem started at gamail and then went online, any website was really, BUT REALLY SLOW, like gmail so I start to search in my comp what it was causing this as already knew I have a virus/malware
I have found this Extension, when trying to open it won't allow me in any way to open it!.
Then I confirm it, OOOPS virus!!.
If your computer run slow on email accounts, meaning ANY EMAIL ACCOUNT SITE, then you have it, or you must have a different malware/virus. it is the worst malware that exist.

Exactly. it won't ANY blocker even found it, because it is design to skip any security runner, even NPE from Norton that it is very powerful scanner.
I use "pop up blocker (strict) the best so far, it can be download it in Google extensions. lets go back at our malware. Look also at the date, ("apparently" you have download it) and will show you just 2 or 3 days, same month, of the event, if you haven't download it, that's the prove/proof yhat you have a malware. In this case Watcher.DLL.
ok, lets skip to how to remove it,
1) Open "windows task manager,(right clear at the grey bar at the bottom where start is)
2) you must be online to see Chrome applications working under the tab "processes" in the windows task manager.
This is a slow process as you must go one by one application and open them, when you managed to see them, click in the application it bacomes blue then (you must right click the application and select open file location, when you found a) 67.0.3396.87, b, set up metrics c, chrome d, master_perferences, it must say all as I show you, right click on the whole numbers, once you have the list, scroll down till find WATCHER DLL, CHILD DLL AND CHILD, there, you got it!!!
remove it, steps, right click on chrome watcher, properties, pop up, go to settings, EDIT, DENY, ADVANCE, CHANGE PERMISSIONS, FINALLY BEFORE REMOVING, YOU HAVE TO SEE 2 OPTIONS, AT THE BOTTOM, TICK BOTH BOXES, this will remove it completetly and also prevent to keep having it, as have inheritable permissions for PARENT (the malware) and the second CHILD inheritable permissions"hidden"" the hacker infested your compu with and cannot be found with any antivirus.
I have 2 or 3 different accounts that I don't reconigze.
The only accounts that must be there are, SYSTEM, CREATOR OWNER and any account administrator you maybe have done, nothing else, if you have accounts/account with names like I have,
account unknown, well, what can I tell you??
lets proceed, nearly there.
after SELECTING the boxes(2) click REMOVE, some times it has to be clicked twice, do it and APPLY, A POP UP ( LIKE ARE YOU SURE BLA BLA BLA) appear YOU CLIK YES, whatever it says CliCK YES.
To check if we have ok, go to EFFECIVE PERMISSIONS TAB, THERE CHECK ALL THE PERMISSIONS MUST BE DISABLE.
oK, GUYS i KNOW IT IS NOT ONLY A LONG TEXT,but also the steps, just trying to help here.
REALLY HOPE YOU CAN FOLLOW AND ARE EASY guide you TO DO EVERY STEP, HONESTLY WISH THAT.
If not working or you can't remove it, then find a friend or a restore store, also as me, went to ebay and bought some SAVE programs that help you to remove with any issue you may have or other programs very useful as window 7 install or clean up antivirus so on, I do really trust this guys, are great and I bought so many things for 3 years already, that must count something ;).
