This is definitely used by a program I have installed called "Speccy," that details system info and hardware. I run 7 Ultimate 64 bit so "x64.sys" is found on mine. Before I installed the latest Speccy upgrade, my AVG would show Cpuz132_x64... I think this is also used by Windows for system info in Vista and 7. It remains hidden for some reason, but I have opened the speccy.exe file with 7-zip, and then rdata with notepad... this is what I found, bringing me to the conclusion that it was safe for me: c:\cpuid\applications\cpuidsdk\driver\sys_cpuz_134\objfre_wnet_ia64\ia64\cpuz134_ia64.pdb
