csf.dll comes with Cactus Anti-Spam. It's a legit file.

I noticed that McAfee detects csf.dll as "Heuristic.BehavesLike.Win32.CodeInjection.H". The classification is incorrect. csf.dll is a legit file that uses code injection to filter spam emails in email programs such as Outlook or Thunderbird.
