Whether ctes all associated files are categorized as a virus or potentially malicious, or not, matters not to me because my experience tells me that it has all of the properties of a virus and I will explain the reason I call it that way d2fiantly. For more than two years on a 64 bit version of Microsoft Windows 7, I have battled this software There are at least 5 processes that run from start up until I end it only to see it return at next boot.
It overrides msconfig and at least 2 other applications that have start up management capabilities as if they were non-existent and deleting those main files is only successful until reboot and their return. Yesterday, I spent nearly an hour meticulously deleting every file and folder and even the sub files were sent to the recycle bin and today they have returned.
A virus?
