That program changes automatically my proxy settings sending my connections to a false proxy server that do not exist. When i try to change my proxy server or disable it, dnkt.exe changes it back.

But should we remove this item? This item is related to the "get window 10" promotion issue. I want to know if it is safe to remove this item because my PC is getting slower since this item and the gwx.ese appeared in my PC task manager.
