Hello, I have a problem with this tool. It seems that the program that is using this tool didn't get installed correctly, and I can't uninstall it from Control Panel. Every time I try to uninstall it or run this eiunin22.exe program from the directory (C:/Windows), it only shows a "an unexpected error occured" prompt box. I didn't change my non-unicode language or whatever when I installed it for the first time, but now I changed it and it still wouldn't reinstall/uninstall correctly. Is it safe to just delete this file or would it make it worse?
